Etkin İnsan Gelişim Institute, has founded with human-centered approach to provide training solutions at Izmir in 1999. The Institution which has moved its headquarters to Istanbul in 2018 has been organizing training in many cities of Turkey besides the Izmir branch.

Etkin İnsan Gelişim Institute which has been offering individual and institutional training since its establishment has organized several certificate programs in cooperation with Ege University in the past also gave coaching training in international standards and ethical values to ICF (International Coach Federation).

In 2007 Etkin İnsan Gelişim Institute which has started Yoga Trainer Trainings with the solution partnership Ege University; has been working since 2004 as the Yoga Alliance's full range of yoga school in Turkey. Institute is the only school of Turkey that established in order to make yoga more widespread and more ethical in the world and can give education in all areas of yoga in international standards and validity.

To date, the institution has trained about 3,000 children, pregnant and adult yoga teachers, and gyrokinesis, gyrotonic and pilates trainers are trained within the institution.

From the institute that organizes special workshops with experts and pioneers around the world in their fields has graduated lots of trainers with the values of self-respect, creativity, metamorphosis-regeneration, responsibility, honesty, and service.
