In Brief
I was born in 1986 in Üsküdar, Istanbul.
For me, the search began with the words "Something is going to happen, but I don't know what." After my university years, the corporate identity I had taken on was slowly causing me to lose myself, and then a way out appeared.
When I met Etkin İnsan in 2016, I had no idea about yoga; I didn't even know whether yoga was the right path for me. Within that uncertainty, the way gradually became clearer in the light of my trainer Alper Bayraktar. Etkin İnsan became my home and my family.
Yoga was, in truth, my way back home.
At Etkin İnsan I currently teach in the RYS Yoga Alliance 200-hour Foundation Yoga Trainer Training and the RCYS Yoga Alliance Children's Yoga Trainer Training programs.
I have served, and continue to serve, as an assistant trainer in many of Alper Bayraktar's programs. The excitement I feel about being a good student and passing on correctly what I have learned from my trainer renews itself every day…
I am continuing my own studies, under the leadership of Alper Bayraktar, in the 800-hour Yoga Therapy Diploma Program that Etkin İnsan Gelişim Institute offers in collaboration with "The Yoga Therapy Institute."
