About the program

Yoga Therapy (Yog Chikitsa) is not a modern word, but it is as ancient as the word Yoga. Our Yoga type is a Traditional Yoga, which in a deeper sense is a complete and authentic Yoga derived from ancient Yoga scriptures. We teach basic secrets from these scriptures which cover physical, mental, emotional and energy levels.

This collaboration between Etkin İnsan Gelişim Institute and Paramanand Institute is the “first in Turkey” IAYT-accredited yoga therapy diploma. The program runs for about 3 years and covers 800 hours in total. It aims to offer “lasting and holistic solutions” to modern stress-related problems through holistic and traditional yoga methods.
